Description:

We are looking for people who are willing to be the first point of contact for our clients, collecting their details and getting a clear understanding of their longer-term advice needs as well as any emergency needs they may have, thereby allowing us to direct our clients to the right place more efficiently. In time and with training, you may be able to decide the best next steps for the client, with the support of a dedicated supervisor.

We are also interested to hear from you if you are looking for a role as a trustee.
