Eleri Lloyd – Social Value Manager
Eleri’s background includes working within communities to encourage change and development. She has experience of working with individuals, community groups and businesses from an education and skills perspective, and then moved on to working within the third sector to encourage community development.
Eleri has led on the social value work at Mantell Gwynedd since 2015 and managed the Measuring and Managing Social Value project from 2017-2020. She has a vast experience of working with various organisations to help them to measure, report and manage their impact. Eleri is an Advanced Practitioner and Accredited Trainer with Social Value International. Passionate about promoting social value to help organisations improve their accountability and overall performance.
Mathew Lewis – Measuring Social Value Officer
Mathew has been a valued member of the Social Value Cymru team at Mantell Gwynedd since 2020. Throughout his time at Social Value Cymru, he has collaborated with various third and public sector organisations across the United Kingdom, helping them understand, measure, and manage the social impact they create. As an advanced practitioner accredited by Social Value International, Mathew has amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge.
A passionate advocate in his field, Mathew is enthusiastic about the ongoing evolution of the growing social value movement and its potential to foster positive change in Wales, the UK and around the world.
Katie Jones - Measuring Social Value and Development Officer
Katie has worked in the Third Sector for over eight years in various roles supporting adults and children who are vulnerable or facing crisis. Katie has a particular passion in promoting children’s voices and rights and has played a key role in involving children and their families to shape the best possible service.
Katie has joined the Social Value Cymru Team in July 2024 and is a Level 1 Associate Practitioner with Social Value International since October 2024. Katie uses her knowledge, skills and experience to support other Third Sector organisations to identify and demonstrate the differences and value they provide to people’s lives and to communities. She is also passionate about supporting organisations to develop and succeed in making real and meaningful changes.
Gareth James – Social Value Development and Measuring Officer
Gareth has worked in the Public and Third Sectors for several years in various roles. Working with people in partnership has always been a passion of mine and enjoying working with others through difficulties and celebrating achievements is an important aspect of what I aim to do. Throughout his career, Gareth have had the privilege to be involved in several activities that have made a real difference to the lives of people.
Gareth is a Level One Associate Practitioner of Social Value and SROI and in his current role as Social Value Development Officer, it gives Gareth the opportunity to help people and organisations to acknowledge to themselves and to others the worthwhile and often life changing and life enhancing activities that they provide and to enable them to improve as they progress.
