Eleri Lloyd – Social Value Manager
Eleri’s background includes working within communities to encourage change and development. She has experience of working with individuals, community groups and businesses from an education and skills perspective, and then moved on to working within the third sector to encourage community development.
Eleri has led on the social value work at Mantell Gwynedd since 2015 and managed the Measuring and Managing Social Value project from 2017-2020. She has a vast experience of working with various organisations to help them to measure, report and manage their impact. Eleri is an Advanced Practitioner and Accredited Trainer with Social Value International. Passionate about promoting social value to help organisations improve their accountability and overall performance.
Mathew Lewis – Measuring Social Value Officer
Mathew has been a part of the Social Value Cymru team since May 2020. During his time at Social Value Cymru Mathew has worked with various Third Sector organisations across Wales and England to support them in understanding, measuring and managing the social impact they create.
Mathew is an associate practitioner with Social Value International. Mathew is excited to see the continued development of the growing social value movement and how the movement can continue to create a positive impact both in the UK and globally.
Gareth James – Social Value Development and Measuring Officer
Gareth has worked in the Public and Third Sectors for several years in various roles. Working with people in partnership has always been a passion of mine and enjoying working with others through difficulties and celebrating achievements is an important aspect of what I aim to do. Throughout his career, Gareth have had the privilege to be involved in several activities that have made a real difference to the lives of people.
Gareth is a Level One Associate Practitioner of Social Value and SROI and in his current role as Social Value Development Officer, it gives Gareth the opportunity to help people and organisations to acknowledge to themselves and to others the worthwhile and often life changing and life enhancing activities that they provide and to enable them to improve as they progress.
